Hatha Yoga is for anyone interested in the general cultivation of the human spirit. Through a regular practice the individual will gain many benefits including vitality and strength. Other effects include detoxification of the blood and internal organs, and a strengthening of the immune system. This, in turn, will reduce stress levels and negative emotions, enhance clarity of mind and attentiveness, all of which will give a sense of contentment to the practitioner.On another level Yoga is the means by which man can discover and access his inner essence.
